| Comment | I really love the flexibility of the external study and have found the course units very interesting. The library on-line resources are great however I have had some issues with a lack of helpfulness and rudeness from the staff when needing help. Thankfully my local uni librarys have provided better support. | ||||||||

| Comment | As an external student many on campus issues are not important to me. The online services are only average imho but most lecturers have been available and supportive to help fill in any gaps. | ||||||||
