| Comment | This is my 3rd uni, with the others being big traditional civic unis with a typical preoccupation with research and no sense of the students as customers. 'Customer service' at CQUni far exceeds what is found in these big traditional unis. | ||||||||

Friday 27 November 2009 1:14:04 pm this type of service is only offered to Rockhampton students, all other students not able to move to rockhampton are left to their own devices, with no support, no help with accommodation costs to attend residential school, and most flex assignments are not returned until the next assignment is handed in so no feedback is given when appropriate |
